At Alter Office we offer a high-end service to ensure a high-end outcome.

Previous experience has shown us that our process provides our clients with a high level of design clarity and more certainty the outcome will be a reflection of you, not us.  From our first conversation to the last day on site you will feel included and supported.

Before we pick up a pen, we make a concerted effort to listen, learn and clearly understand your aspirations.  We welcome your Pinterest boards and look forward to hearing about memorable places that have inspired you.

When pens do hit paper, our process will step you through six phases.  Each phase is designed to provide you incrementally more design clarity and outcome certainty. Our process will give you the comfort of knowing our expectations are aligned well before the nail gun gets loaded.

Our documents are comprehensive, designed to remove ambiguity and provide your builder the best possible start on site. We are very proud of our work and happy to show it to you at any time.  All our services proposals include support during construction, experience has shown us supporting you and the builder throughout the build is critical to the quality of your completed home.
