Perched in Brisbane’s inner south, Ten is an architectural home that unfolds as a purposeful response to the needs of a young family embracing multigenerational living. Stripping away unnecessary embellishments, our design approach is a testament to practicality intertwined with thoughtful architectural spaces.

Across three levels, the ground floor revolves around an off-form concrete spine, guiding inhabitants to an open-plan kitchen and living space that seamlessly extends to a vibrant pool courtyard.

The middle level unveils a series of private bedrooms each with walk-in robes and ensuites. The home tops out with a rooftop deck, an open communal space, providing a panoramic view over adjacent landscape.

Architecturally, the ground level finds inspiration in the concrete homes of Japan. Transitioning upwards, the material palette shifts to a lighter timber, a nod to the enduring charm of Queensland homes.

With thoughtful planning Ten is ready to serve as host to the needs of the modern multigenerational family.
